Q. What quality control processes do you have in place?
A. If the top is made at our factory in the UK it goes through a rigorous 30 point check list from initial build to the final fitting or despatch to the customer.

If the top is imported we strip the top and re-build it as follows:

• We make sure that the seals on windows, doors and handles are all re sealed using sealant to stop any water ingress.

• The locking system is re-lubricated and checked.

• The rear tailgate door is adjusted for correct fit and locking.

• All gas struts are checked for tension.

• New rubber seals are fitted to the underside of the top.

• The top is re-cleaned and wax polished checking all interior finish and paintwork.

Q. How do pack and despatch the tops?
A. We pack the tops in specialist boxes then onto a pallet before sending on a courier or for large numbers we have our own transport

Q. What warranty do you give?
A. 3 years on all tops, please contact sales and technical for full details and exclusions.

Q. Do you do a solid opening back door instead of glass?
A. Yes, we are the only company to offer this; it is available on all tops we supply

A. Yes, if we have dimensions we can work with manufacturers to produce a top to suit any current or future vehicles.
